How long are your delivery timelines?
Most orders should be delivered in about 2 weeks. In some rare cases, it can take upto 3-4 weeks for the orders to be delivered. We will keep you updated on your order via email and WhatsApp.
What are the planters made of?
The planters are made of fiberglass and our stands and base are powder coated metal in dull gold. Powder coating it prevents it from rusting. Please bear in mind we only deal in planters, not plants. Plants are only for photography.
Are they suitable for outdoors and indoors?
Fiberglass is a lightweight, weather-proof material and is suitable for both indoors and outdoors.
With our planters with metal stand or base, please make sure to not let the stand or base come in contact with water to avoid rusting.
Can we directly plant in the planters?
Yes, you can directly plant in our planters. That's the advantage of our planters over other metal planters. We don't want to just make planters that look good in your homes, we want our planters to keep your plants happy as well.
Do they come with drainage holes?
Yes, all our planters come with drainage holes.
Can we return or exchange the planter if we don't like it?
We only offer exchanges for products that reach damaged during transit. We will give you a replacement free of cost.
