How long are your delivery timelines?
We dispatch all our planters within 7-12 days. Since they're handmade some orders may take longer. We will keep you updated on your order.
What are the planters made of?
The planters are made of fiberglass and our stands and base are powder coated metal in dull gold. Powder coating it prevents it from rusting.
Are they suitable for outdoors and indoors?
Fiberglass is a lightweight, weather-proof material and is suitable for both indoors and outdoors.
With our planters with metal stand or base, please make sure to not let the stand or base come in contact with water to avoid rusting.
Can we directly plant in the planters?
Yes, you can directly plant in our planters. That's the advantage of our planters over other metal planters. We don't want to just make planters that look good in your homes, we want our planters to keep your plants happy as well.
Do they come with drainage holes?
Yes, all our planters come with drainage holes.
Can we return or exchange the planter if we don't like it?
Yes, we offer a 7 day return or exchange policy. We will arrange a pickup for your planter and it can be exchanged or returned free of cost.
Please make sure, the planter is packed in its original packing to avoid breakage on the way back to us. If the planter is damaged, it won't be liable for exchange or refund.
