CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped from our warehouse at no cost. 

 

RETURNS

It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products. 

As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that's delivered in good condition.

However, if the product has a genuine defect, we are open to extending full refund or sending you a replacement. The right product will be delivered to you in 7-14 working days. If you require a refund, the same will be processed in 7 working days.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
